This completely renovated cottage is situated on high ground overlooking the beautiful Lough Mask which is only 1/2 mile away. There are panoramic views from the cottage and it is ideally located for fishing. Arrangements for boat hire is available on request.

The cottage is 3.5km from the local shops and pubs and close to all village amenities which include forest walks, pony tracking, fishing and some of the most spectacular drives over the rugged mountain ranges of East Connemara and Mayo.

	The cottage is fully modernised with oil fired underfloor heating, water heating immersion, and an open turf fire in living room.(Fuel supplied). Electricity is charged at 10p per unit.

	The Master bedroom is en-suite and all linen is provided with duvets. With a total of three bedrooms this cottage can sleep 6 people.

	Kitchen facilities include dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas/electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, drier, iron/ironing board and crockery/cutlery/saucepans.
