Brookfield Cottage

Attractive recently renovated two-storey cottage with a panoramic view of Lough Mask. The cottage has been tastefully decorated to a very high standard, with all the modern conviences of home and maybe some extras depending on what your needs are.

It is quite and private just where you go to get away from it all. And for those who enjoy a more active life-style we offer pony trekking and tennis just a few hundred yards up the road.

The cottage is only 2 miles from the local shops and pubs and close to all village amenities which include forest walks, pony tracking, fishing and very central for drives around Connemara and Mayo.

	The cottage is fully modernised with oil fired central heating, water heating immersion, and a small solid fuel range in living room. Colour TV also available

For the fisherman and woman among you there are 3 fresh water lakes in the area, Lough Mask, Lough Corrib and Lough Carra, there is also sea fishing from Lenanne which is only sixteen miles away or Westport that is only seventeen miles.

	Both bedrooms are en-suite and all linen is provided with duvets. Child's cot and baby-sitting service available on request.

For the younger people of the family you have Castlebar which has a lot to offer, there is a swimming pool, a big cinema complex with 7 screens and right across the road there is a bowling alley. For the lady of the house you might like a spot of shopping yet again we have a wide choice, you have the towns of Castlebar or Westport or within an hour north or south you have Galway or Sligo.
With a double bed in one room and 2 single beds in the other this cottage can sleep 4 people.
	Kitchen facilities include dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas/electric cooker, microwave, washing machine/drier and crockery/cutlery/saucepans.

Tourmakeady is quite accessible, Knock Airport is only an hour away so you could leave Tourmakeady and have lunch in London or Amsterdam. Its like they say "its a small world after all". So whether its a fun packed holiday and exciting or sit back and unwind and do a spot of fishing this is the place to come. So give me a ring and let me pencil you in.
